After a period of corporate transition, Automec’s management decided to opt for the merger with the subsidiary New Rosito in order to optimize production and administrative processes. New Rosito had been on the market for 40 years and had already been acquired by Automec in the past. Today it is entirely part of the company’s workforce: there are no changes as far as the company is concerned; we aim instead at an improvement within the corporate management and at a greater focus on common objectives to be achieved. We are convinced that this strategy will help us be more preforming and efficient and we will fight to achieve this.
